Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ph357 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 on inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. ph357 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph357 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph357's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph357's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph357's customer support team for informal resolution. ph357 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with ph357's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
ph357 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph357 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
